What You'll Do:
As a Facilities & Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the building and grounds are secure, well-maintained, and compliant with Health & Safety standards. Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and environmental standards
Managing security systems to ensure they function properly
Carrying out general maintenance, repairs, and improvement works across the premises and grounds
Coordinating and overseeing contractors for larger or specialist maintenance works
Managing relationships with tenants in the building
Conducting Health & Safety audits
Performing general yard duties
What We're Looking For:

Good practical maintenance or facilities experience
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
