Alpha Recruitment are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager from a Civil Engineering background.

A growing civil engineering contractor in Derbyshire is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects across highways, drainage, structures, RC works, and infrastructure schemes.

Responsibilities

* Manage multiple projects from pre-construction to completion

* Oversee technical delivery, quality, programme, and compliance

* Manage commercial performance, costs, variations, and reporting

* Coordinate site teams, engineers, clients, and subcontractors

* Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably

Requirements:

* Previous Contracts Manager experience within civil engineering

* Strong technical and commercial knowledge

* Experience with highways, drainage, infrastructure, and structures

* Good understanding of NEC and/or JCT contracts

* Strong leadership and organisational skills

* Full UK driving licence
