We are currently looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in façade projects to join a growing contractor operating across London.

Requirements

* Proven experience managing façade packages/projects

* Strong knowledge of cladding, curtain walling, and external envelope systems

* Ability to oversee multiple projects and site teams

* Excellent client-facing and programme management skills

* Strong commercial and health & safety awareness

Role

* Managing façade projects from pre-construction through to completion

* Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

* Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

* Maintaining quality, compliance, and H&S standards

* Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Package

* £60,000–£70,000 salary DOE

* Car allowance included

* Permanent position

* London-based projects

* 4–6 week start available
