Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

TXM Recruit are looking for an experienced technician with strong building fabric and roofing & knowledge to support a 6 week project in Wantage.

Start Date: Tuesday 26th May

End Date: Friday 3rd July

Pay: £25.53p/h

Duties:

* All external works to the outside of the building

* Repairing and painting windows

* Repairing general woodwork

* Boarding up windows

* Painting windows, sub-stones and keystones

* Making good and painting render

* Clearing vegetation

* Removing old brickwork scattered around site
