Site Manager – Refurbishment Projects (NHS & Residential)

Lancashire / Manchester

Salary £45-50k plus a Van

A well-established, family-run construction company is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee refurbishment projects across the Lancashire and Manchester areas.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a range of refurbishment schemes, including:

* NHS projects across Lancashire

* HMO refurbishment within a listed building in Manchester

Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard will be a key part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

* Day-to-day site management and coordination of trades

* Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times

* Managing subcontractors and site teams

* Monitoring project progress and maintaining quality standards

* Liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment projects

* Experience within healthcare (NHS) and/or residential/HMO projects desirable

* Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations

* Excellent organisational and communication skills

* Full set of relevant Site Management certifications
