An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a major £110m Build to Rent development in Manchester. This landmark residential scheme will deliver a high-quality mixed-use community with extensive amenities and public realm works.

We are seeking a driven and proactive Site Manager with a strong track record of delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use developments safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day site operations across designated work packages

* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site labour

* Ensure all works are delivered in line with programme requirements

* Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance

* Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks

* Work closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team

* Monitor progress and resolve technical or operational issues

* Ensure excellent communication with all stakeholders on site

* Support successful project delivery from construction through to handover

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale residential, high-rise, or mixed-use projects

* Experience working on Build to Rent developments is highly desirable

* Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and site logistics

* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications essential

* Excellent leadership and communication skills

* Ability to drive programme and maintain quality standards under pressure

* Experience managing subcontractor performance and coordination
