Mechanical Working Supervisor

Mechanical Working Supervisor required for a large commercial high end accommodation project based in Mayfair, London 

Start date: ASAP

Site hours: 44.5 hrs basic Mon – Fri 

Duration: 3 months 

Duties: Overseeing sub contract and direct labour, liaising with management, and tool box talks.  

Your duties will include:
– Supervising and managing labour, including sub contractors and direct staff 
– managing a work programme: assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members
– Monitoring work progress and ensuring deadlines are met
– Providing guidance and support to team members
– Ensuring a high standard of work
– Implementing Health and Safety in a positive manor, PPE, RAMS etc

Requirements:

SSSTS Certification (or SMSTS), Mechanical trade accreditation 

Experience of working on similar large building services commercial new build projects.

2 x working references.

Pay rates:

PAYE (Inc holiday pay

Basic 37.5 hrs M-F: £30.45, Overtime: £45.67 

(Weekly £1461.56)

Or 

Umbrella

Basic: £34.78, Overtime £52.75 

(Weekly £1673.50)
