Commercial Site Manager

Apex Resources Limited are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager for a commercial fit out and refurbishment project in Leeds.

The role will involve overseeing day-to-day site operations on a live commercial project, managing trades, ensuring health & safety standards are maintained, and keeping works running to programme and budget.

This project involves refurbishment works within a heritage building, so previous heritage and listed building experience is essential. Candidates must also have a strong background within commercial refit and fit out projects.

– Location: Leeds
– Start Date: Monday 1st June 2026
– Rate: £280 per day
– Duration: 9 months

Requirements:

* Valid SMSTS

* Black CSCS Card

* First Aid

* Own tools & PPE

* Previous commercial fit out/refurbishment experience

* Must have experience in Student Accommodation
