An established and fast-growing construction company is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of high-end and complex projects across London.

The business delivers work across multiple sectors including luxury residential developments, penthouses, hotels, education, and bespoke commercial projects. Known for delivering exceptional quality and attention to detail, they are seeking a driven Project Manager who can lead projects from pre-construction through to handover.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage construction projects from inception to completion
* Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
* Oversee health & safety compliance and site operations
* Monitor programme schedules and project reporting
* Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the delivery process

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry
* Experience delivering high-end residential, hotel, education, or mixed-sector projects
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Excellent organisational and commercial awareness
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced projects
* Civil Engineering Degree- Essential Hi
