An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Shift Engineer to join a leading FM provider on a flagship London landmark based in the heart of Liverpool Street.

This is a fantastic chance to work within a high-profile commercial environment, joining a strong engineering team on a prestigious and technically challenging site.

The Role:

You’ll be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and building services systems, ensuring the site remains fully operational at all times.

Key duties include:

• Electrical PPMs and reactive maintenance

• Fault finding across electrical systems and associated plant

• Emergency lighting, lighting systems, and power distribution

• Supporting wider building services maintenance

• Working closely with the engineering team and site management

• Ensuring compliance and health & safety standards are met

• Updating works through CAFM systems

Requirements:

• Fully qualified Electrical Engineer

• 18th Edition essential

• Experience within commercial building services / FM

• Strong fault-finding and maintenance ability

• Client-facing and professional approach
