We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Site Manager to lead a flagship development in Middlesbrough. As the Senior Site Manager, you will take operational ownership of the project, managing both the external envelope and internal fit-out teams. Coordinate, schedule, and manage multiple sub-contractors, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and productivity.
Drive a culture of absolute health and safety compliance, regularly reviewing RAMS and conducting site inductions and toolbox talks.
Collaborate closely with the project management team, commercial team, and external stakeholders to flag risks early and implement practical solutions.
Lead quality control inspections and manage the snagging and handover processes to ensure a flawless finish.
