Senior Mechanical Project Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead mechanical delivery across major, multi-disciplinary defence projects. You’ll take ownership from tender through to completion—driving performance, ensuring compliance, and delivering projects safely, on time and within budget.

What you’ll be doing:

– Lead mechanical packages through tender, design, procurement and delivery

– Oversee the full lifecycle: installation, commissioning and handover

– Ensure technical compliance with specifications, drawings and engineering standards

– Develop and manage project programmes, setting milestones and tracking delivery

– Identify and mitigate risk while maximising opportunities

– Apply robust project controls to ensure efficient and compliant execution

What we’re looking for:

– Proven track record delivering large-scale MEP projects to programme and budget

– Strong technical/engineering qualifications

– SMSTS minimum with solid H&S knowledge

– Experience in MEPH testing and commissioning

– Confident leader with experience managing teams

– Ability to manage complex interfaces and multiple disciplines
