Established over 200 years ago this expert contractor specialises in delivering bespoke plastering and decorating work across the luxury residential, heritage and commercial projects across London and the Southeast. With strong continued success the company have goals of carrying on in the trajectory, which is why they are looking to add their team with this fantastic opportunity.

In this role, you will work closely alongside senior Project Managers, assisting with project coordination, client communication, scheduling and day-to-day administration. You'll gradually take ownership of smaller projects while developing your technical and commercial understanding through hands-on experience and ongoing training.

The ideal candidate will have some sort of construction qualification, strong communication skills and a genuine interest in developing a long-term career within Project Management, as well as having any experience in Excel and CAD.

The Role:

Supporting Senior Project Managers on live construction projects
Assisting with scheduling, delivery coordination and client communication
Raising invoices and producing delivery documentation
Managing smaller projects independently, increasing in size over time

Construction-related degree, qualification or industry exposure
Strong communication and organisational skills
Good IT and Excel knowledge
Motivated to progress within Project Management
Commutable to Sutton and happy travelling to sites when required
