CSA Project Director

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Lead – CSA to join a flagship hyperscale data centre development in Berlin. This is a client-side leadership position responsible for overseeing all Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) aspects of the project from design through to final delivery.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing legislation compliance, technical coordination, contractor performance, and programme delivery across a large-scale mission-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead all CSA activities across the full project lifecycle
* Oversee design development, technical reviews, and construction delivery
* Ensure compliance with all relevant German regulations, EU legislation, and project standards
* Manage CSA consultants, contractors, and specialist subcontractors
* Act as the primary client-side representative for all CSA-related matters
* Drive programme, quality, budget, and risk management across the project
* Coordinate interfaces between CSA, MEP, and commissioning teams
* Monitor site progress and ensure delivery milestones are achieved
* Maintain the highest standards of health & safety and quality assurance
* Support project handover and close-out activities
Requirements
* Proven experience delivering CSA packages on large-scale data centre, mission-critical, or major infrastructure projects
* Strong understanding of German construction legislation and European standards
* Experience managing projects from pre-construction through delivery
* Client-side or principal contractor experience preferred
* Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
* Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline
* Fluent English required; German advantageous
