Voids Supervisor – Dartford

Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Voids Supervisor to oversee day‑to‑day operations across our Dartford voids programme. If you have a solid trade background, a sharp eye for quality, and the ability to lead operatives to deliver fast, safe and high‑standard refurbishments, this is your next step.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Supervising operatives across multiple void properties, ensuring works are completed on time and to specification

* Managing repairs, refurbishments and turnaround schedules

* Carrying out inspections, quality checks and sign‑offs

* Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards

* Monitoring performance, productivity and cost control using Schedule of Rates

* Liaising with tenants, contractors and internal teams to keep projects running smoothly

What You’ll Need

* Previous experience supervising operatives on a maintenance or voids contract

* Strong trade background with excellent knowledge of repairs and refurbishment processes

* Good working understanding of SOR

* Valid CSCS card

* Full UK driving licence (Van and Fuel provided)
