Senior Building Surveyor

This role supports Full-time working, with part-time arrangements considered, and focuses exclusively on Licence to Alter instructions across landlord-led residential, commercial and retail property portfolios.

Responsibilities

* Review and assess Licence to Alter applications

* Provide technical landlord consent advice

* Manage live LTA workstreams

* Review construction proposals and technical submissions

* Liaise with landlords, consultants and contractor teams

Requirements

* Significant Licence to Alter surveying experience

* Building Surveying background with landlord and tenant exposure

* Experience across residential, commercial or retail assets

* Strong technical reporting capability

* MRICS beneficial but not essential

Salary & Package

* £57,000–£67,000 base salary

* Discretionary bonus
