Manage commercial projects from inception through to completion
Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance and successful project delivery
Produce construction drawings using Revit
Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to build and maintain strong working relationshipsSkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

Degree within Architectural Technology
Strong post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD
Experience managing projects across a range of sectors
Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
Job running experience is desirable
Strong technical and presentation skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
