Senior Project Manager (151cm) – Southwest UK – £90,000 – £120,000 + Package
Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the delivery
of complex, fast-track construction projects across sectors including data centres,
pharmaceuticals, logistics, and advanced manufacturing.
DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS RECRUITMENT CONSULTANCY, WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO REPRESENT INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE EX MILITARY.
Working closely with a Project Director, you will play a central role in driving delivery
across multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders while ensuring
programme, quality, and commercial objectives are achieved.
This role is ideal for experienced professionals who thrive in fast-paced project
environments and are comfortable taking ownership within high-performance
teams.
The Role
You will support project delivery from pre-construction through to completion and
handover.
Responsibilities include:
– Overseeing day-to-day project delivery activities
– Managing programme, budget, and quality performance
– Supporting MEP coordination and technical delivery
– Coordinating subcontractors and supply chain partners
– Maintaining project schedules and delivery milestones
– Managing project risks and early warning processes
– Building and maintaining strong client relationships
– Ensuring project controls and delivery standards are consistently achieved
What We’re Looking For
– Strong experience delivering projects within complex construction environments
– Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and supply chains
– Understanding of commercial and contractual responsibilities
– Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
– Proactive and delivery-focused mindset
– Experience within fast-track or technically complex projects would be
advantageous
Ideal Backgrounds
This role would suit Ex-military officers or senior NCO candidates with experience
managing complex operations, engineering activities, or large teams from:
– Construction and infrastructure delivery environments
– Engineering or technical project management backgrounds
– Defence or operational delivery programmes
