Turnover/Completion Coordinator
What will you be doing?
The Turnover / Completion Coordinator is responsible for developing, delivering, and closing out the Turnover / Completions Programme. They are also integral with the development of the Project Turnover / Completions Procedure and ensuring the programme is certified and handed over in an efficient manner in line with Project Milestones.
Summary of Responsibilities:
* Develop Multi-Disciplined strategy for the project and turnarounds, which may comprise several concurrent projects on the site
* Create LoSH (Limits of System Handovers) from approved for construction (AFC)
* Create Multi-Disciplined Completions Handover Packages to include Maintained site equipment
* Manage Plant Modifications process and Project documentation from Execute to Close Out
* Manage Reporting of Construction punch lists
* Coordinating with Project Management Team, Discipline engineers, Construction, Inspection, Pre-Commissioning / Commissioning engineers (As Appropriate) to ensure adequate status recording of project activities ensuring completion records and handover priorities meet project milestones
* Definition of Project certification requirements in order to demonstrate technical integrity in accordance with Project Specifications & Refinery Standards
* Validation of multi-disciplined contractors / suppliers certification & handover packages to verify technical integrity prior to handover to asset for startup
* Ability to manage uncertainty within the Completions strategy
* Delivery of `As-Built’ drawing records, ensuring the adequacy of supplied `As-Built’ information and input to Handover dossiers
* The Management and Maintenance of the Project Completions Database – using Project Tools
Skills and knowledge required to succeed:
* 10+ Years expereince as a Completions/Turnover Coordinator, preferably on LPG Plants, Oil and Gas Vessels, Refineries, Or EFW (Energy from Waste) Projects.
What do we offer?
* 6 Month Contract, Potential to extend
* £300-£400 per day (negotiable)
* 5 day a week working schedule, 10 hours per day
* £130 per working day additional allowance
