Estimator – Fit-Out & Refurbishment

Location: Manchester
Salary: Up to £60,000

We are currently working in partnership with a well-established fit-out contractor based in Manchester who is looking to appoint an Estimator to join their growing team.

The Role

You will be working within a small, collaborative team, reporting directly to the Commercial Director. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in pricing and delivering a diverse range of fit-out and refurbishment projects.

Recent Projects

* Build-to-rent fit-out scheme in Salford

* Office fit-out in Manchester

* Student accommodation refurbishment in Glasgow

* Golf clubhouse refurbishment in Manchester

Key Responsibilities

* Preparing and submitting competitive tenders and cost estimates

* Analysing drawings, specifications, and project requirements

* Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain accurate pricing

* Supporting the commercial team throughout the pre-construction phase

Requirements

* Previous experience as an Estimator within fit-out or refurbishment

* Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

* Excellent communication and organisational skills
