An internationally recognised construction consultancy based in London is seeking an experienced and self-sufficient Project Manager to join their growing team. This Project Manager role offers the opportunity to work across a varied project portfolio including public sector, healthcare, hotel and commercial developments, alongside occasional high-quality residential schemes.

The successful Project Manager will become part of a dynamic consultancy known for delivering major projects across the UK and Europe. The Project Manager's role

The successful Project Manager will lead projects through all stages of delivery across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities include:

Managing project programmes, budgets and reporting
Coordinating design teams, contractors and stakeholders
Overseeing procurement and change management processes
Supporting contract administration duties
Leading client meetings and project reviews
Monitoring project risks and delivery milestones
Delivering projects independently with minimal supervision
Occasional travel across Europe to support project delivery

The Project Manager

The consultancy is seeking a capable and commercially aware Project Manager with:

Consultancy or client-side project management experience
Experience delivering public sector, healthcare, hotel or commercial projects
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to confidently manage projects independently
Degree qualified in Construction, Project Management or similar
Full UK driving licence
Willingness to travel occasionally for European projects
APC progression or chartered status with RICS, CIOB or APM preferred
