Quantity Surveyor

A close knit and progressive construction consultancy are looking to add an experienced Quantity Surveyor to their growing Quantity Surveying team in Central London, Fenchurch Street.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

As a company they cover a range of sectors including Commercial, Residential, Life Sciences, Hotel and Student accommodation. The Quantity Surveyor will come in and jump straight on a commercial CAT A fit out project and a new build residential project.

The Quantity Surveyor will be running projects from concept to completion and will also be managing a few junior members of the team.

The Quantity Surveyor

BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
Ideally experience within the commercial or residential sector
MRICS or currently working towards
Experience within a private practice / consultancy
Strong Pre and post contract knowledgeIn Return?

£50,000 – £60,000
