Our client is a growing contractor delivering major projects across residential, commercial, social housing, and public sector environments. Their portfolio includes multi-million-pound new build developments, large-scale refurbishments, commercial buildings, and specialist construction projects across the UK.
With a strong focus on compliance, operational excellence, and long-term growth, the business is continuing to expand its pre-construction capability and senior leadership team.
This position offers the opportunity to operate with genuine autonomy, leading your own region, projects, and commercial performance as if running a business within a business. You will have full accountability for delivery, operational success, client relationships, and financial performance, whilst being supported by an established infrastructure, technical teams, and wider business support functions.
This role would suit an experienced construction professional with a proven background delivering large-scale projects across any major construction sector. The scale, complexity, and delivery experience of the projects are considered more important than the specific sector background.
Key Responsibilities

This role requires a strategic thinker who can plan ahead, make commercially sound decisions, and drive performance across both projects and people. Strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to build and develop high-performing teams are essential.
Candidates should be highly organised, solutions-focused, commercially aware, and capable of delivering complex projects whilst maintaining quality, compliance, and operational standards throughout.
Package
Salary ranging from £110,000 to £130,000 dependent on experience
