Quantity Surveyor

A construction consultancy with a team of 150 total employees, are looking to add 2x Quantity Surveyors to their work-winning and profitable Quantity Surveying team.

The Quantity Surveyors will be joining at a crucial time of growth as the business have just been awarded 3 new projects all within the Commercial Fit Out world. Additionally, they have smaller projects Retail fit out clients.

The Quantity Surveyors will be hybrid working, with the office being in a short walk from Farringdon.
 
The Quantity Surveyor's Role
 
With great support from the key Directors, the new Quantity Surveyors will jump right into Commercial CAT B fit out projects, worth £3M and £8.5M. Both have between 16 and 30 weeks on them.

Other project values will range between £1M – £25M. 

Key duties such as feasibility studies, cost plans, tender support and then taking all projects through to final accounts.

If you are MRICS/Chartered, this would be beneficial, but not crucial as they can support you within 12 months.

Quantity Surveying background with a consultancy
Understanding of JCT (D&B) contracts
Completed a BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying degree
Wanting to become MRICS
Able to lead on client meetings and take full project life cycle
Pre and post contract knowledge
Understanding within the £3M – £65M contract values In Return?

£55,000 – £60,000
Work from home / flexible conditions
£10,000 bonus
