Quantity Surveyor

A small but well-established construction consultancy are looking to add an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in Surrey.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

As a company they cover projects all over London and the southeast of England and deliver a range of sectors including Residential, Industrial, Retail and Education. The Quantity Surveyor will initially be running a school refurbishment and a new build Student Accommodation project.

The Quantity Surveyor will need to hit the ground running and will be delivering projects from concept to completion.

The Quantity Surveyor

BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
MRICS or currently working towards
Experience within a private practice / consultancy
Strong Pre and post contract knowledgeIn Return?

£50,000 – £60,000
