Scheduling Manager
We are looking for a Scheduling Manager to work for a Tier 1 contractor within Social Housing / Property Services with the skills needed listed below. You will need Scheduling managerial experience dealing with performance, disciplinaries & appraisals. Scheduling and FM experience on hard services is also a must.
Scheduling Manager Responsibilities
* Manage all resource planning activities to ensure maximum efficiency
* Enable K.P.I’s to be met weekly by ensuring all jobs and appointments are met
* Check K.P.I performance weekly and analyse service failures to implement solutions
* Attend meetings as requested and deliver service updates to your team at your internal meetings
* Follow the company’s policies and procedures at all times
* Assisting with people management issues
About You:
* Scheduler Management experience
* Dealing with performance, disciplinaries & appraisals
* Maintenance/ repairs background
* Customer Service focused
* Excellent Communication skills
* Ability to identify problems
* Ability to work under pressure
* People Management
Salary: £38,000
25 days’ annual leave + bank holiday
