We’re working with a highly regarded regional main contractor to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a landmark £80m new build scheme.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record delivering large-scale new build projects for reputable main contractors, with strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach to site management.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing day-to-day site operations
* Driving programme, quality, and health & safety standards
* Coordinating subcontractors and site teams
* Working closely with the Project Manager and commercial team
* Ensuring successful project delivery from build phase through to completion
Requirements:
* Strong background with recognised main contractors
* Experience on major new build projects (£30m+ ideally)
* Excellent communication and team leadership skills
* SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid essential
* Stable career history with demonstrable project success
