️ THE OPPORTUNITY

We are partnering with a respected employee-owned Tier 1 contractor seeking a Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure to join their Toronto operation.

This role sits within a high-performing Infrastructure division delivering major transportation and transit projects across Ontario.

Projects include:

Roads & Highways
Bridges & Interchanges
Heavy Rail & Light Rail
LRT & BRT Systems
✈️ Airports
️ Major Civil Infrastructure

Reporting into senior leadership, you will lead complex project delivery while managing teams, stakeholders and project strategy from planning through execution.

This is a leadership role for someone who understands complexity and knows how to deliver major infrastructure successfully.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Lead project execution across major infrastructure schemes
Drive project safety, environmental and quality performance
Oversee schedules, cost reporting and project controls
Manage change orders, commercial processes and risk mitigation
Chair project meetings and lead stakeholder engagement
Negotiate and manage subcontractor packages
Drive project planning and delivery strategy
Monitor productivity, forecasting and financial performance
Mentor and develop project teams and future leaders
Resolve disputes and manage complex project challenges
Maintain strong client, consultant and subcontractor relationships
Champion a high-performance and safety-first culture

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✔️ 15+ years direct construction project management experience
✔️ Strong infrastructure delivery background
✔️ Transit / Rail sector experience essential
✔️ Proven success leading large-scale or complex projects
✔️ Strong commercial, operational and stakeholder management capability
✔️ Ability to lead, mentor and develop project teams
✔️ Excellent communication and leadership skills

⭐ PREFERRED BACKGROUND

Technical Trade Qualification
Construction Management / Engineering / Related Degree
Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project controls
Experience across heavy civil, rail or transportation infrastructure environments
