Associate Director Salary & Benefits

Lead and deliver structural engineering projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors.
Manage design, documentation, and project delivery to ensure compliance, quality, and deadlines are achieved.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and client satisfaction.
Provide technical leadership and input on complex design matters.
Review and sign off the work of engineers and technicians, ensuring technical accuracy and quality.
Build and maintain new and existing client relationships to support business growth.
Mentor and support junior engineers through Chartership and technical development.Associate Director Job Requirements
Chartered Engineer status (CEng MICE or MIStructE).
Minimum of 10 years' experience in structural design and project delivery.
Strong background working within a consultancy environment.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficient in software such as Tekla and Tedds, with familiarity in Revit/BIM processes.
Strong understanding of Eurocodes, British Standards, and Building Regulations.
