Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Project Manager to oversee a roofing and cladding project at Heathrow Airport for a period of approximately 2-3 months.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing roofing and cladding packages on commercial or industrial projects and be confident running site operations from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

* Day-to-day management of the project on site

* Coordination of labour, subcontractors, and materials

* Programme management and progress reporting

* Ensuring health & safety compliance

* Liaising with clients, main contractors, and suppliers

* Managing quality control and maintaining high site standards

* Attending site meetings and resolving issues proactively

Requirements:

* Proven experience in roofing and cladding project management

* Experience working on live airport, infrastructure, or high-security environments preferred

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Ability to manage programmes and deliver projects on time

* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid preferred

* Freelance / self-employed basis
