Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for high-end joinery and interior fit-outs? 🪵💼 We’re looking for a driven and detail-focused leader to take charge of exciting commercial and residential projects from start to finish!

📍 Location: Essex
🕒 Hours: Full-Time
💰 Salary: Competitive + benefits
🚗 Travel: Site visits required (company vehicle/allowance provided)

🧱 Role Overview:

Manage joinery fit-out projects from pre-construction to handover

*

Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and in-house teams

*

Plan and schedule work, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met

*

Oversee quality control and site health & safety 🦺

*

Problem-solve and keep projects running smoothly under pressure

✅ What We’re Looking For:

*

Proven experience in managing joinery or interior fit-out projects

*

Excellent organisational and communication skills

*

Strong understanding of technical drawings and joinery detailing ✏️

*

Ability to lead teams and drive performance

*

Proficient with project management tools and Microsoft Office

🎯 Bonus Points For:

*

Formal qualification in Construction, Project Management, or Carpentry

*

CSCS card and SMSTS/SSSTS certification

*

Knowledge of bespoke joinery manufacturing processes
