Our client, a leading contractor in the water sector, is currently seeking an experienced Lift Supervisor to join their team in Worcester. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to advance their career in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising and coordinating lift operations on site
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Conducting regular inspections and assessments to maintain operational standards
Liaising with site management to ensure efficient workflow
Coaching and mentoring site operatives
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Overseeing the setup of lifting equipment and ensuring it meets technical specifications
Managing on-site logistics and resource allocation

Job Requirements:

Experience in lift supervision, preferably within the water sector
A valid CPCS Lift Supervisor certification
SSSTS qualification
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and reports

Working Hours:

07:00 am – 17:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Weekend work and overtime available
