Senior Quantity Surveyor

An established and growing Cost and Project Management consultancy are looking to add a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to their close-knit team in London.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working across an array of fast paced fit out projects valuing up to £5m, taking them from inception to completion.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will not only help deliver projects, but you'll also help develop the Apprentice Quantity Surveyor's in the office, and work closely with key clients.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

MRICS would be ideal, but not essential
Worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice
5+ years Quantity Surveying experience
Fit out project experience
Comfortable delivering fast paced projects from inception to completion
Strong communication skillsIn Return?

£60,000 – £75,000
23 days annual leave + bank holidays + Christmas closure
