Site Manager

SITE MANAGER REQUIRED 

Start Date: Monday 8th June

Duration: 8-9 weeks

Location:  Brighton 

We are urgently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment of a former gym space being converted into new Prayer Rooms 

Scope of Works

The strip‑out phase will be complete prior to start. The Site Manager will oversee the following new‑build/refurbishment works:

Ceiling infills (following removal of a spiral staircase)

New flooring installation

Full decoration package

Construction of two ablution rooms

Electrical works

AV installation package

Working Hours

Monday-Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30

Friday: 07:30 – 14:00

40 hours per week

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience managing internal refurbishment projects

Strong understanding of M&E coordination

Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain programme

Excellent communication and site‑based leadership skills
