Site Manager – Fit Out Projects

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a growing contractor delivering high-quality fit-out projects across the commercial, hospitality, and hotel sectors.

This role would suit someone hands-on, organised, and confident managing projects from start to finish while maintaining programme and quality standards.

Responsibilities

* Overseeing day-to-day site operations on fit-out projects

* Managing subcontractors and coordinating trades on site

* Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

* Reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications

* Monitoring programme and reporting progress to senior management

* Maintaining high standards of health & safety and site presentation

* Resolving site issues quickly and effectively

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Site Manager within fit-out projects

* Background working on commercial, hospitality, or hotel schemes

* Experience delivering projects ranging from £60k to £5m

* Strong understanding of construction drawings and site coordination

* Hands-on approach with the ability to lead from the front

* Willingness to travel and work across the UK when required

* SMSTS preferred, although support can be provided if needed
