Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Glasgow- Housebuilder 

Contract Scotland is working with a well-established and highly respected housebuilder to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team based in Glasgow.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative environment, working on high-quality residential developments across the Central Belt.

The Role

You’ll support the commercial team across a range of live housing projects, assisting with cost management, subcontractor procurement, valuations, reporting, and financial control throughout the project lifecycle.

The position offers excellent exposure to residential construction projects and clear opportunities for career progression.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying or Assistant QS role
Experience within construction or housebuilding preferred
Degree qualified or working towards qualification in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
Strong communication and organisational skills
Eager to learn and progress within a commercial team
