Mechanical Pre-Construction Manager
The Opportunity
Our client is a specialist mechanical services contractor based in Manchester and they are looking for an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to take ownership of their bid and tender function. This is a senior appointment that sits close to the centre of how the business wins work, with real influence over the quality and consistency of the pre-construction output.
For a mechanical professional who has been working at the estimating or bid management level and is looking for a role with more scope, this is worth a closer look.
About the Business
Our client has an industry heritage spanning over a century, with the current business established in 1998. The team is experienced and notably stable – many staff members have been with the business for over 20 years – and the company carries full design and build capability in-house.
