We are a small but growing contractor based in Renfrewshire looking to add an Assistant QS or QS to our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow with a business, take on responsibility, and progress within a supportive, close-knit team.

The Role

You will be involved in a variety of projects and assist with the commercial management of works from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

* Assisting with cost management and valuations

* Preparing and reviewing subcontractor packages

* Measuring works and preparing take-offs

* Supporting procurement and material ordering

* Managing variations and project costs

* Assisting with final accounts

* Liaising with clients, suppliers, and site teams

What We’re Looking For

* Experience in a QS or Assistant QS role preferred

* Construction industry knowledge

* Good organisational and communication skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Full UK driving licence preferred

* Relevant qualification desirable but not essential for the right candidate
