Project Manager (Contract) – Façade Remediation Projects
£400–£450 per day (Ltd Company, Outside IR35)
Based within an hour of Derby
6 Month Contract
The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a growing specialist contractor in passive fire protection, delivering complex remediation programmes across high-rise residential and commercial buildings.
This role is suited to a senior-level Project Manager who can take ownership not just of delivery—but of strategy, client relationships, and commercial performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading projects from pre-construction through to completion
Acting as the technical authority, shaping solutions and challenging design where needed
Managing commercial performance (costs, margins, risk)
Building strong relationships with Tier 1 contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
Navigating BSR approvals, compliance, and regulatory processes
Overseeing multiple projects and guiding delivery teams
Driving best practice across planning, QA, and reporting
The Work
High-rise remediation schemes (~£1M+)
Façade and passive fire protection projects
Complex stakeholder environments (contractors, fire engineers, QS teams)
What We’re Looking For
Strong track record delivering construction projects end-to-end
Experience working with Tier 1 contractors and complex stakeholders
Commercially astute with strong cost control experience
Confident leading technical conversations and defending solutions
Experience with JCT contracts and regulatory approvals (BSR)
Background in façade / fire remediation (highly desirable)
