Architectural Technologist
Job Overview
An Architectural Technologist job is available in South West London working on high-end residential and hospitality projects across the UK and overseas. This role is suited to a Architectural Technologist with strong experience across RIBA Stages 4 and 5, delivering coordinated construction information, technical detailing and site-based support throughout the project lifecycle.
Role & Responsibilities
Deliver technical packages across RIBA Stages 4 and 5
Prepare tender and construction documentation
Coordinate consultant information during technical stages
Produce Building Regulations documentation
Review contractor and supplier drawings
Undertake regular site inspections
Support technical detailing and material specifications
Work across residential and hospitality projects
Skills & Experience Required
Minimum five years post qualification experience
CIAT accredited qualification
Luxury residential or hospitality sector experience essential
Strong technical drawing and specification experience
Knowledge of UK Building Regulations
Experience coordinating consultant information
Proficiency in AutoCAD or Vectorworks
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Salary & Benefits
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 dependent on experience
21 days holiday increasing to 25 with service
