We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team in Edinburgh.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the fit-out and refurbishment sector. Their projects are becoming increasingly larger and more technically complex, with a growing focus on structural refurbishment alongside high-end interior fit-out works.
The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing multiple projects from pre-construction through to delivery, ensuring programmes, quality, safety, and client expectations are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing multiple projects across Edinburgh and the surrounding areas
Managing site teams and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
Maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
Supporting commercial and operational performance across projects
Driving health & safety and quality standards on site
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in a Senior Project Manager or Contracts Manager role within construction
Background in high-end fit-out projects preferred
Strong technical construction knowledge, particularly within refurbishment and structural works
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced projects
Commercial awareness and strong organisational ability
