Duration: 1-Week Cover (Starting Monday)
Pay Rate: £250.00 – £290.00 per day (Depending on experience)About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Manager for a 1-week holiday cover assignment starting this coming Monday at our site in Taunton.Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations on-site, managing subcontractors, trades, and deliveries.
Maintain strict health and safety compliance across the site, conducting daily inductions and tool-box talks.
Ensure works are progressing in line with the site programme and report updates back to the Contracts Manager.
Conduct quality checks on trade works to ensure clients high standards are maintained.
Address and resolve any immediate on-site issues or logistical challenges swiftly.Experience & Requirements

Valid SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and a Black CSCS Card.
Proven track record as a Site Manager working with major developers
Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a sharp eye for health and safety compliance.
Must be fully available for the entire week starting Monday morning.
