Experienced Project manager with Hotel experience
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a proven background in high-end hotel developments.
This role will involve overseeing the delivery of 2–3 exclusive new-build hotel projects across Central London, including associated restaurant and hospitality spaces.
The ideal candidate will be highly driven, self-sufficient, proactive, and confident managing complex construction projects from site through to completion.
This is a long-term opportunity, with a secured pipeline of work for at least five years across premium hospitality developments.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and coordinating all subcontracted trades on site
* Overseeing programme delivery, quality control, and health & safety compliance
* Maintaining strong site documentation and project paperwork
* Liaising with directors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
* Taking ownership of projects and confidently leading site operations
* SMSTS and CSCS Black card are a MUST
Strong organisational and paperwork management skills are essential, alongside the ability to lead from the front and maintain high professional standards on site.
Rate/package is dependent on experience. Interviews will be conducted directly with the company director
