Job Description:

SMSTS Site Manager Required – Basingstoke (RG21) – June 2026 Start

On behalf of our valued client, we are seeking an experienced and motivated SMSTS-qualified Site Manager to oversee a commercial project in Basingstoke (RG21) commencing in June 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established project team on a 3-month contract, working on specialist external works within a commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing day-to-day site operations

* Overseeing external wall installation and external rendering works

* Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained at all times

* Coordinating subcontractors and maintaining project progress

Essential Requirements

* Valid SMSTS

* Valid CSCS Card

* Proof of right to work in the UK

* Full PPE

* Previous experience with:

* External wall installation

* External rendering

* Commercial construction projects
