Oversee the technical development and coordination of projects through various RIBA stages
Prepare comprehensive technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation
Collaborate closely with internal architectural, engineering, and design teams
Coordinate and manage project information using Revit and BIM processes
Ensure all designs comply with current UK Building Regulations and industry standards
Conduct site visits and provide technical support during construction phases
Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout project delivery
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the teamIdeal Candidate
Extensive experience working as an Architectural Technologist within a UK-based practice
Strong technical expertise with a proven track record of project delivery
Proficient in Revit and experienced in BIM-led workflows
Previous experience within a multidisciplinary consultancy environment would be advantageous
Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations, construction methods, and detailing
Strong organisational, communication, and coordination abilities
Able to manage workloads independently while supporting wider team objectives
Relevant qualification or degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
