Ridgeway & Co are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading fit-out contractor based in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile commercial and retail fit-out projects with a well-established and respected company.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee fit-out projects from inception to completion.

*

Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.

*

Ensure the project is completed within budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

*

Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders.

*

Coordinate project teams, including internal resources and subcontractors.

*

Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations on-site.

Ideal Candidate:

*

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the fit-out sector, with a track record of delivering projects successfully.

*

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

*

Experience managing budgets, schedules, and project teams.

*

Excellent understanding of construction processes, including project planning and health and safety compliance.

*

Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
