TS Recruitment are working with a specialist commercial interiors contractor looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to oversee commercial fit-out projects across Yorkshire and North Nottinghamshire.

Responsibilities

Attend project handover meetings and manage delivery from start to finish
Write and manage site programmes
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality
Manage labour, supervisors, and subcontractors
Ensure H&S compliance across all sites
Work closely with the commercial team and QS on variations and cost control
Oversee 4-5 live projects valued from £25k-£2m
Report directly to the Managing Director

Work includes schools, offices, and local authority projects
Requirements

Strong technical knowledge of internal trades
SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified
Minimum 5 years' management experience
Good IT and reporting skills
Full UK driving licence
