An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a leading FM provider working within one of London’s most iconic heritage and attraction sites based in South Kensington.

This is a rare opportunity to work within a truly unique environment, supporting the maintenance and operation of a high-profile landmark site visited by thousands each year.

The Role:

You’ll be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the site while supporting wider building services operations within a live and technically challenging environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance

• Fault finding across electrical systems and plant

• Emergency lighting and compliance testing

• Supporting critical building operations

• Working closely with on-site engineering teams

• Maintaining health & safety and compliance standards

• Updating CAFM systems and maintenance records

Requirements:

Fully qualified Electrical Engineer

18th Edition essential

Experience within FM / building services

 Strong fault-finding ability

Professional and client-facing approach
