Leading and managing projects through all RIBA stages
Supporting both the design and technical delivery of projects
Coordinating with consultants, clients, and wider project teams
Producing and reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and project information
Presenting design concepts and technical solutions internally and externally
Assisting in the successful delivery of projects to a high technical and design standardIdeal Candidate

Substantial years' post-qualification experience
Strong experience working across all RIBA stages
Proven track record delivering residential and healthcare projects
Excellent technical knowledge, including UK Building Regulations and detailing
Strong Revit proficiency with demonstrable project experience
Confident communication and organisational skills
Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively within a studio environment
Ambitious with a proactive attitude towards career progression
Based within a commutable distance of Liverpool
