Architectural Technician

Job Overview

An Architectural Technician job is available in Chichester with an established architectural practice working across education, residential and public sector projects. The role suits someone with strong Revit ability, technical detailing knowledge and UK project experience. You will support project delivery across multiple RIBA stages, preparing coordinated technical information and working closely with consultants and contractors.

Role & Responsibilities

* Prepare technical drawing packages and construction information

* Produce and coordinate Revit models

* Support education, residential and public sector projects

* Coordinate with consultants and contractors

* Attend site visits and project meetings

You will support technical delivery from concept to completion, ensuring project information meets UK Building Regulations and technical standards.

Skills & Experience Required

* Degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology

* Strong Revit and AutoCAD proficiency

* UK architectural project experience

* Technical detailing and construction knowledge

* Knowledge of UK Building Regulations

Education sector experience would be advantageous. Strong communication and organisational skills are also required.

Salary & Benefits

* £33,000 – £55,000 depending on experience
